  • An appointment confirmation will be sent upon booking, detailing the date, time, and expected duration of the session.

  • Fees for physiotherapy services will be confirmed at the time of booking. Charges will depend on the location and the nature of the treatment.

  • Payment must be made at the time of booking or at the start of the session unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods include: Bank Transfer, Cash Card and Paypal. For insurance claims, the Client is responsible for ensuring any necessary paperwork or approvals are obtained prior to the treatment.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 50%  of the session

  • If a session is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the full cost of the session may be charged.

  • We understand that emergencies occur; however, repeated cancellations or reschedules may result in refusal of service.

  • In cases where we need to reschedule an appointment due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you promptly and offer an alternative appointment time.

5. Late Arrival

  • If the Client is late, the physiotherapy session will be shortened to the remaining time available, and the full session fee will still apply.

  • All physiotherapists providing services are registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and adhere to the professional standards outlined by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP).

  • By booking a physiotherapy appointment, the Client agrees to the provision of treatment and acknowledges that the physiotherapist may require full disclosure of medical conditions, medications, allergies, and other relevant health information.

  • If the Client is unable to provide informed consent due to age, mental capacity, or other reasons, a legally authorized representative or guardian must provide consent on their behalf.

  • The physiotherapist will explain the treatment plan, the techniques to be used, and any potential risks. The Client has the right to refuse or modify the treatment at any time.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and ensuring that all personal and health information is protected in accordance with UK Data Protection Laws (Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR).

  • All medical and personal information will be kept confidential and only shared with other healthcare providers with the Client's explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
